THE BISHOP'S ADDRESS.

The fourth meeting of the Synod of the Chinese Church in the Diocese of Victoria. Hong. kong, was held in the Cathedral Hall, yesterday and will be con- tinued until Friday. The Rt. Rev. C. R. Duppay, D.D., Bishop of Victoria. presided, and there were delegates from the various Chinese Churches throughout the Iliocese.
