OPENED.
New York City, February 17. The new offices of the Second Radio World's Fair, located on the Fifteenth Floor of the Times Building, Broadway at 42nd Street, were formally opened this morning and Directors U. J. Herrmann and Jaines F. Kerr are already arrang log the final details of the big Exposition which is to be held in the 258th Field Artillery Armory, September 14th to 19th, the, dates selected on the closing day of the 1924 Fair last September.
