HOW THE CAMPAIGN WILL CLOSE.

Much interest is being shown | these days in the great prize Campaign, conducted by the "China Mail" and "Sunday Herald." Several questions have been asked and to answer them, the following explanation is given regarding the closing of the Campaign.

On Tuesday evening. March 31, the ballot box in the Cam- paign office will be opened and the
