PROGRESS BEING MADE WITH THE CONTRACT.

Satisfactory progress has been made with this contract.

The concrete easing to the ground floor stanchions and, the reinforced concrete to the first floor are practically completed, the latter, however, was some- what delayed towards the end of December owing to the delivery of cement.
