St. John's Cathedral last Tuesday was the Boche of a pretty double wedding the two-brides at the ceremony having arrived in the Colony- from Home on the s.s. "Malwa." The Rev. H. Copley Moyle officiated. Miss Daisy Annie Kearsey and Mr. Arthur Lesile Terry were one of the happy pairs. Miss Kearsey is the eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Francis Kearsey of Birmingham, England, and Mr. Terry (China and Japan Telephona and Electric Co.) is the eldest son of Mr. and the late Mrs. A. A. Terry, of Birmingham, England. The bride was given away by Mr. S. Deacon, of the Hongkong Electric Co., Ltd. The bridesmaids were Miss Irene Deacon and Miss Daphne Leach. Mrs, S. Deacon was matron of honour, and Mr. F. Shaftain was beat man. MAANA
