There will be no districts or territorien. A member may secure subscriptions anywhere.
Immediately at the close of the Campaign, the votes will be counted and the member having the greatest number of votes will be awarded the first prize. The one having the second greatest number of vater will be given the second prize, and so on 'down the liat until all prizes have been awarded...
