SEQUEL TO “MR. A” CASE.

Of Sensational Affair.

A Reuter cable from London to-day announces that, Charles. Robinson has entered an appeal against the judgment in the Midland Bank case.

The Midland Bank, Ltd., won a remarkable action in the King's
