Gen. Lu Yung-hsiang has visited Marshal Tuan Chijui In con nection with the assumption of his new post as. Pacification Commissioner of Kiangsu and Anhui, states, the Chinese press. Gen. Lu then left för Tientsin, where he met and conferred secretly with Marshal Chang Tec-lin and Dr. Sun Yat-sen. It is reported -- that the best northern. troops will accompany, Gen: La south and that he will actually: tako over the post of the Pacifica tion Commissioner of Kiangeu and Anhui shortly.
