In the annual match between the Army and Navy played on the Club ground yesterday, the glorious uncertainty of cricket was again demonstrated At the tiffin In. terval the position was,

Captain Kent made a carefully compiled 32 and Captain Rowe contributed 13 when badly needed. After each side had completed an innings, it was decided that each should have 40 minutes batting in order to "carry until 4 p.m., the time arrang- ed for drawing Stunips.
