Daubert was born fa: Shamokin, in the coal region of Pennsylvania, on April 17, 1885, and started his- baseball career at the age of twenty one with the Kane (Pa) semi- professional team. The following year, 1907, he went to Marion (Ohib) of the Pennsylvania-Olio League and had so successful T year that in 1908 he made his major league debut with Cleveland, but he was released under option to the Nashville (Tenn.) team before, the year was oứt ti
