In a report to the Harbour -Office, the master of a fishing boat says that about 9.15 a.m. yester day, his craft was in the middle of the harbour and he was fishing with a line.
A Naval motor-boat, he alleges, collided with his boat by running into him. He claims that damage was done to the extent of $20.
