The tide tablo given below has been compiled at the National Almatas Office in London from the result of the qualysis of observations taken by means of an automatic tide-recording machine in the Water Police Basin at Trim ́Ska | Trul during the years 1908-9,.
The zero of the table corresponds with the sare of the sounding in the Ad- miralty Chart, which has been found to befeat B inches below mean sea-level.
To obtain the depth of water on the tide ganga at the Victoria Naval Yard add 8 feet 4 inches, and on the gangs at Lamont Dock, Aberdeen, add 10 feet
