FOUR MEN CHARGED.

LONDON, October 13. Four men were charged to-day at Bow Street Police Court in connection with the disturbance at the Communist meeting in Trafalgar Square ou Sunday.
A policeman sald he heard one of them, who wore a Fascisti badge, calling the crowd dirty dogs. He refused to go away and was arrested in order to prevent a breach of the peace as the crowd was threatening..
The accused told the Magistrate the crowd surrounded him when they saw his badge. Hesang the national anthem, whes he heard the "Red Flag sung
The Magistrate said he was provocative, and bound him over.

The Turkish Government has telegraphed to the Dague, recapitulating the correspondence with Britain relative to Iraq.
Turkey claims she is respecting the position as it exlated on September 30, In accordance with the agreement reached at Geneva, whereas Britain, "is insisting on the demands' she advanced, in her› earlier. Note, and is violating her Geneva undertaking.
APPEALS, TO COUNCIL
The telegram adds that if Britain, disregarding her undertaking, disturbs the peace and commits acts of aggression, the respopsibilky will be entirely hers. Turkey requests the Council of the League. to adopt measures to compel respect for the decision · of the Council.

A coastguard cniter, has brought into port the Norwegian steamer "Sagatlad," with forty-three thousand cases of liquos on board The British schooner "Diamantina," also alleged to be carrying liquor, has been taken.
Both were seized off Sandy Hook. It is stated the Sagatind" was found 40 miles from the coast." The cutter fired across her bows, but there. no sign of life aboard. The cutter's men then boarded the vessel and found the crew of 32, sleeping off the effects of drink, or injuries received in brawis. Three of the crew had broken jaws another had a broken leg which had been unat tended for three days..

The British portion of the German Loan · of £12,000,000 is being underwritten in ́7 per cent. 25- year sinking fund bonds, issued at 92 and allotted as follows: 5 per cent, on application ; 25 për cent. early in November; 30 per cent, early in December and 32 per cent early in January,
A sum of $26,000 American money was found in the safe. It is alleged both vessels arrested have been communicating with the shore.
