WASHINGTON, August 70. The State Department, in announcing the arrangements for the Prince of Wales' visit, to which, it is understood, His Highness has assented, qutlines the following programme

The Prince of Wales is due to arrive In New York on August 29. He will proceed, after arrival, to Long Island. In the evening, he will take the train for Washington, which he should teach next morning.

NE He will pay a visit to President Calvin Coolidge and return to Long Island the next day, where he will remain until September 13.

"It is understood the visit to Washington will be considered quasi-official, as the Prince is coming, in his official capacity to pay his respects to the President.
