that the 3rd Call of $2.50 per Share on each of the 49,000 shares: alintted on the 19th day of May. 1923, has been made by the Company, and that such call will be payable to the Company's Bankers, The Hongkong and Shanghai, Banking Corporation in Hongkong on or before the 15th day of August 1924.
The Transfer Books of the Com pany will be closed from the 7th to. 14th August 1924, both days incieṣive.
