WASHINGTON, June 6 The Walsh Investigation committee has found that the Teapot. Dome leases were negotialed secretly, that the Government had in effect paid $1,000,000 dollars for worthless claims in order to clear the way for Sinclair and that the recommends tions of the navy experts were ignored.
