PROSPECTUS.
(a) The recent remarkable developments in building in this Colony Juvo resulted in a demand for labour and building inaterials that has been unprecedented. Inawased costs, consequent upon such demand, necessitate the adoption, where possible, of tucans whereby not only may luhundr be saved but muteriak produced bold quickly anil Exemically. Thus Company is formed mainly for the purpose of providing plaster and gypsum products which are required in the construction of every building from the small house to the largest block of modern ollices. Sipler Phuster," which the Company proposes to mamulucture in this Colony, is manufactured by a special process, and is ut present only obtainable from abroad, and the Promoters are confident that it can be manufactured her and sold for a prico consadembly below that which the commodity pormunds in Hongkong at the present time. This plaster is now extensively used in building in this Colony, and is in fact, as experience hust shown, extremely beneficial in the Far East and particularly in Hongkong, for it is impervious to white wils, does not chip oving to damp, and is practically tireproof, remaining unbroken and unaffected by heat untess of a vinporature of 250 to 300 degrees centigrade.
(b) The Company has required as a going concern that branch, of the business of The Ching Ansaricau Industrial Developing Com- pany, Limited, which has been engaged in the manufacture of "Simplex Plaster. The purchase includes piece of land of an
approximate area of 41,000 square feet ditunts at Tsun Wan, together with the buildings, plant, machinery and equipment thereon, the machinery being already assembled for the coinmencement of man- incture. The Contract for the acquisition of this business is dated the 4th day of January, 1924, and is made between The China American· Industrial Developing Company, Limited, of the one part and Denis Houry Blake as Trustee for the Company of the other part. A copy of the Contract can be inspected at the Registered Office of the Com- pany or ut the office of the Company's Solicitors,
(e) The minimum subicription on which the Directors may proceed to allounent is seven gbares.

(d) No commission or promotion money is being paid by the Company
(e) The Company will pay the preliminary expenses of and incidental to the formation and floating of the Company down to the time when it becomes entitled to commence business, and the estimated amount thereof is $5,000.00.
The Articles of Association provide that the qualification of a -Director ia to be the holding of 600 shares in the Company, and that the remuneration of each of the Directors is to be $600.00 per annum. (4) The Directors are interested in the promotion of the Com- pany to the extant only that they or some of them are Directors of other companies with whom the Company may do business,
