The Empire Zinc Combination and the Burma Corporation will pay interest on four million shares mortgaged to the trustees of Lloyd's Bank regard less of profits from sine smelting and the manufac ture of sulphuric acid. The present profits of the Company are estimated at £165,000 sterling per annum of which £133,000 will be produced by the continuance of the present rate of dividend declared by the Burma Corporation. The Directors estimate that in two years the profits should reach £350,000.
