report market, in common with other centres, has followed in the wake of American cotton which has now touched 34 cents. (the highest price renched since the 1920 boom) and prices have advanced $10 to $20, the tone being very strong, volume of business, however, was only moderate, owing to prices be- ing too high for the interior markets.
