The Hon. Mr. P. H. Holyoak presided at the annual meeting of the Hongkong Boy Scouts' Asso ciation at the Theatre Royal last evening H.E. the Governor, Sir Edward Stubbs (chief scout), Rev. G. T. Waldegrave, Commissioper, and a full attendance of officers were also present.
