PROSPECTUS:

. This 'ompany has been formed principally for the purpose

of building houses in the Colony of Hongkong with a view to meeting the great demand for housing accommodation which exists in the Colony at the present titue.

(b.) In particular it is proposed to take advantage of the offer recently made by the Government for the grant of land for building purposes on the basis of the scheme explained by The Colonial Secretary at a Meeting of the Legislative Council in June, 1923.

The Promoters are in a position to giate that they have coin- pleted negotiations for the nequisition from the Government of the plateau below "Jarding's Lookout," which is capable of accom- muxlating 150 to 200 setni-detached houses. The Promoters are also in treaty with the Government for numerous other sites in good localities.

The Promoters have already received about 2,000 applications from persons desiring to obtain the assistance of this Company in building homes for the applicants.

The Promoters will also entertain, and, if thought advisable, inke up any other scheme or schemes which may be proposed by the Government for the acquisition of Innd for building and development.

(c.) The Company is also empowered by its Memorandum of Association to undertake business of all kinds connected with the development of building areas.

(d.) The minimum subscription on which the Directors may proceed to allotment is 100,000 shares.

(c.) No commission or promotion money is being paid by the Company.

(f). The Company will pay the preliminary expenses of and incident to the formation and Boating of the Company down to the time when it becomes entitled to commence business, and the estimated amount thereof is $5,000.

(9.) FREDERICK ELLs will be the first Managing Director under a contract with the Company at a remuneration of 5 per cent. of the not profits of the Company.

th) The Articles of Association, provide that the qualification of a Director is to be the holding of 500 shares in the Company and that the remuneration of each of the Directors is to be $1,000 per annum.

(.) None of the Directors or Promotors are interested in the promotion of the Company except to the extent of the shares taken by them in the Company.

(j) Copies of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company can be inspected at the office of MOST, WILKINSON & Gnist, Solicitors for the Company, at any time during business hours.

(4.) A copy of the Company's Memomndum of Association is annexed to this Prospectus and forma part of it..

(1.) Application for shares should be made upon the form Accompanying the Prospectus and sent to the Company's Danker together with a remittance of $1.00 per share, thoʻstmount of the deposit.

Where no allotinent is made the deposit, will be returned in full and where the number of shares allotted is loss, thinu the number applied for a proportionate amount of the deposit will be returned.
