·Bar(?)
When the huge Cunarder "Aquitania" salled out of the more-or-less- dry port of New York, on her homeward journey, her "bar" was open; but it might as well have been a sandbar, for it was only an American- made soda-water fountain, where the drug-store cowboys could order all kinds of sundaes and things but nothing with more than 1⁄2 of I per cent alcoholic content. On her westbound voyages, the "Aquitania" can carry real "likker," but not when she sails from America on her eastward voyages.
