ASTOR HOUSE.
Before Mr. Justin Gompertz, Puise Judgy, sitting in sumuary jurisdiction, This morning, a case of some local interest was heard.
The plaintifs, Mr. and Mis, W. P. Singson, are suing the Astor! House Hotel, claiming SEXO)
hurages for improper distress.
Mr. N. L. Brewer Gnstructed by Mr. A. el Arculli; appeared for the! plaints and Mr. F. 4. Vaux for The defendants.
