Mrs Nicholas Zenz and Leona
INTH
To a Chicago judge in the Domestic Relations Court has been delegated a task similar to that with which two mothers confronted King Solomon. Mrs. Nicholas Lenz, of Chicago, says that Baby Leona aged four, is her daughter and that she gave birth to her by a Caesarian operation in April, 1918. Mrs. Julia Warzna claims that the child was born to her in Poland, in the same year, and that she loaned her to Mrs. Lenz, after her husband died, because of her inability to sup port the babe. The judge must determine the identity of the child's custodian.
