Kathleen Vollinger, born in West New York, weighed but one pound and was declared still-born by the attending physicians. Four drops of adrenalin were injected into her heart, and life, was im- mediately brought into the little body. The infant was placed in a baby incubator, where it is gaining health. Physicians declare she will be a normal child.

Mrs. Anan McGinnis, and her sister, Myna Pioch, are on trial with two "sheik" friends, charged with the murder of Michael Mc- Ginais, a city fireman and Anna's husband. Myna Pioch asserted she shot McGinnis when he attempted to snatch a breakfast cap from her sister's head so that a man friend who was with him might try to identify her as a "curly haired vamp" he knew.

Louise Groody, musical comedy dancer and wife of Frank W. Mc- Gee, self-confessed bankrupt buc- ketshop operator, of E. M. Fuller & Company, which failed in New York for $6,000,000, is in Paris.. The authorities are anxious to question her regarding the report that $1,500,000 of the Fuller & Company assets were transferred to her name shortly before the failure.
