TOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Patition was on the 17th day of July, 1923, presented to the Supremo Court of Hongkong by the above- named Company to conarm an altern- tion of the Raid Company's objects proposed to ho effected by a Special Besolution of the said Company ananimously passed at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the said Company held on the 3rd day of May 1923 and anbeequently pnavimously confirmed at an Extraordinary Gogoral Meeting of the asid Company held on the 25th day of May 1993 and which Rogolution runs as follows:-
"That the provisions of the Com- pany's Memorandum of Association with respect to sta objecta ba alterod so as to raad sa shown in the print sigand for the purpose of indentification by the Chairman of thie Meeting",
AND NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the said Petition is direct- 4 to be heard before His Honour the Chief Justice on THURSDAY the 2nd day of August, 1928, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon and any person interested in the said Company whether as Creditors or otherwise desirous to oppose the making of an Order for the confrmation of the said alteration under the above Ordinance should appear at the time of hearing by him. self or his counsel for the purpose, and
copy of the asid Petition will be furnished to any such person requiring the same by the undersigned, the sid Company's Solicitors on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
