The Board of Arbitration (Messrs. Ho Kwong, Ho Leung, Cheung Tsof, Wong, Yick-shing and J. M. Tan) to settle who is the rightful claimant to ticket No. 3066, which drew the winner of the Hong kong Derby in the Sweep organised by the Chinese Club, lus given its decision in favour of Mr. Chik Soong-ling, the plaintiff and against Mrs. Violet Chan, the 'de fendant.
