Relations between the Holy See and the Italian Royal Government have, become so friendly that Pope Pius XI is reported to be contemplating a break in a tradition preserved, since the separation of the Church from the State. It is said he intende leaving the Vatican, and it is believed if he does, his first visit will be paid to the famous shrine in the Grotto of Lourdes, France, where thousands of cripples make annual pilgrimages in the hope of gaining a miraculous cure. No Pope has visited France since the visit of Pope Pius VII, who attended the coronation of Napoleon.....

Miss. Bessie Friedman made a new record for fast typewriting when she wrote 132 perfect words a minute for a full half hour, with out an error. She has done 144 words a minute, but in that test she made two errors.
