As the tele- gram reads: Will arrive" Taikwa Maru." to-morrow, it is presumed that Mr. Rowson is ac companied by both Mr. Mayes and Mr. Aumuller, who left here a week fago on Sunday in the hopes of obtaining the release of the captive.
