The body of Mrs. Viola Staley,, 21 was found on the ground near a burning bungalow. She had been killed by a bullet through the head, Harry Moll, a married man, with whom she had lived a short time in the bungalow, was found in a boathouse nearby, with a bullet wound in his head. Moll declared he shot himself after Mrs. Staley committed suicide, because, he said, he feared he would be charged with killing her. The police assert, however, he killed her and then attempted suicide.
