by the Kwangsi-ites under Shun, It is understood that his schenic are hurrying to Canton to assist the Yunnanese. On Monday they held up all trains touching Sheklung but two through expresses were allowed to proceed with reduced numbers of coacher.
A telegram has been received by Kowloon from Canton to the effect that as the military are command- eering rolling stock and engines, the service has been cancelled. This is due. probably to Lau Tsun-wan's troops being moved! back to Canton. Sun Yat-sen has given orders to Chan Chak, com- mander of the River Defence Flotilla at Kongmoon, to muster all his available ships and station them at Samshiu-Hohas, evidently being intended to cut the Kwangsi-ites' communications with Wuchow.
