The Portage Stamp, 6 cents, for postage and registration fee should be affixed on the address side of the card. Postage Stamps to represent the amount of the rmiftarce, and commission at the rate of 1 cent for each dollar or fraction thereof, should be affixed on the reverse side of the card,

All Postage Stampa affixed to the card as remittance and commission will be cancelled by the favuing office before delivery to the remitter.

The card must be tendered by the remitter for registration and a receipt obtained for it a no claim for alleged loss will be admitted by the Post unice if the romitter has neglected to adopt this precaution.
