In the House of Commons, replying to Sir H. Craik in regard to the alleged proclamation signed by Queen Victoria and Lord Salisbury (as Secretary for India in 1884) and the concession to the Burma Oil Company mentioned several days ago, Mr. MoNeill pointed out that Lord Salisbury ceased to be Secretary for India six year earlier and the language of the documents showed they were had been so informed in 1921, but no official admis obvious forgeries.
