CIRCUIT ON PAVED ROADS.

'On the 24 September, 1922, in the vicinity of Lille, in spite of heavy rain and the bad condition of the raida of the district, sixty-four care competed in the circuit of paved routes.

Thirty-seven fulfilled the conditions of the competition which required them to complete the course in a fixed time.

The vehicles which have qualified, and which in consequence have not been penalised were, again run, for classification, in a speed test over a distance of 500 metres..

Is, not this really impressioning ?-the word is not too forcible -to state that the 10 HP. Citroen, to use the words of one of the competitors is foremost "in every respect."

It has proved.ith superiority to all other cars in consumption tests and in endurance tests,.

The car that people regard es feeble and non-enduring has proved the contrary on these frightful paved northern roads-by taking the first place, in the first cast on bad ground and in the second in more speed-which make of auto holds a similar record?
