B. Liuterio, a Filipino, was charged before Mr. R. E. Lindsell this morning by the Hongkong Amusements, Ltd, þ. with baving left the employment of the Company without giving proper notica.

Mr. R. E. A. Webater appeared to prosecute and both Mr. H. W. Ray and Mr. M. W. Stevens were present in court.
