IRISH CONSTITUTION BILL

LONDON; November 27th. The House of Commons has unanimously passed the scentil reading of the Irish Constitution Bill

Mr. Bonar. Law pointed out that the only question before the House was, whe- ther the Constitution complied with the trenty. The Lord Chief-Justice and the Coverusert's law officers were of the pinion thus the Conlitation norded with the treaty.

The opposition revealed in the course of the debate was negligible.

IRISH RELELS MUST BE SUBDUED.

LONDON, November 27th.

The Irish President, Mr. Cosgrave, in interview declared that the execution if Ersking Childers was inevitable and feared there would be many more before the trouble ended. He said he was anxi,

ceration ons to cease executions but a would only upon the complete dis- aning of the Irregulars. They would, Possibly for the Boxt week or ten daye, experience the greatest intensity of the prosent warfare, after which, he thought the Irregulars would gradually, if not immediately, collapse.
