TURKEY'S EUROPEAN FRONTIERS

COMMISSION'S DISCUSSION.

LAUSANNE, November 22.

The first commission yesterday broached, the difficult question of capitulations. The Turks refused to negotiate respecting capitalary privileges with third partics.

The commission to-day discussed the Turkish European Frontiers,

Lord Curzon, the chairman, requested Ismet to state exactly what Turkey wanted.

Ismet claimed the frontiera of 1913 and a plebiscite in Western Thrnce. ".

M. Veniz-los agreed Greece could only accept the 1913 frontiers, but opposed the plebiscite.

Jago-Slavia and Rumania urged the fixing of the frontier on the Maritza line with a demilitarised zone on both sides of it. Both opposed the plebiscite.

RAFET PASHA REPLACED.
