PROSPECTUS.
This Company has been formed principally to promote the use of 10, inforced concrete in building and engineering work generally. This form of building material is greatly in favour in Europe dud Amories for its chopness and the saving in time in creation. It should be especially in demand in tropical places owing to its grast resistance to the deleterious. infance of the climate and to the attacks of assets such as:wbite-ante - ere. It seems therefore an ideal material for Hongkong, as a substituts for the expensive and often interior, materials at presat în use. Houses are particularly scarce in Hongkong at the present time and there should" be no lack of work for a Company such as this.. The Company has already large contracts in vior both for fresh work, and work in procass of construction which it hopes to secure. The Company is supowered by its Momandum of Association to do all kinds of onginearing, bäild- ing and architectural work and for the abjors it hat in view a large capital will eventually be required.
The Company has acquired as a going concert a from the 13th day of September, 1922 the business of Louis Cain, of St George's Buildings, Viutorin, Hongkong Arebiteet, Ciril Engiosor, Canuniting and Structural Engineer and Reinforced Concreto Expart, the purchase prics far which will be paid and satisfied by the allotment to him of Five hundred shires of the Company credited as fully paid up.
