At Harewood, Ross, Herefordshire, Police Court the Rev. David Llewellyn Davies, Vicar of Little Dawahurch, brought a summons against Albert Walker, of Aconbury, for assault.

The evidence was that Mr. Davion was on his way home about 10 p.m. on August 4, when Walker stopped him with the remark: "I have you now." The vicar asked to be allowed to pass, and it was alleged 2.50 p.m. that Walker drove the vicar along the
