PERJURY QUESTION IN SCOTA

Judgment was delivered recently by Mr. Justice Hill, in the case brord lat May in which Captain

Archibald Dickson Winterbottom. formerly of the 5th Dragoons, asked for a declaration of nullity of a marriage ceremony which took place at Glasgow no May 21, 1910. He claimed that the law of Scotland was not complied with, alleging that neither of the contracting parties had lived there for the necessary 1 days before the ceremony.
