PEKINO, July 7th. According to Japanese telegrams be- tween 1,300 and 1,500 bandita are terroris- ing the region of Chientao. The outlaws consist of Hunhatre driven out of Siberia by Japanese, Korean malcontents and remnants of Kao Shih Ping'e force. Unles the Chinese 2000 stippress the bandits, Korean police will be sent to the disturbed area.
