Loros, June 22 Replying to Sir Walter De Frece who declared that Japan bad already withdrawn most of her post offices from China and suggested that the Government should imitate her example Mr. Harmaworth said that arrange- ments were being made to withdraw the British Post Offices by January 1923 in accordance with the Washington agreement. The Govern ment had no information in regard to the position in respect to the with- drawal of Japabase post offices.
