(a) By the insertion of **$10,000" in the place of $8,000" in the fifth line thereof.
(b) By striking out in the ninth and tenth lines thereof the words "for each financial year of the Company and inserting in place thereof the words in every year wherein such profits shall not exceed in the aggregate the sum of $150.007, and a commission of ten per cent, per sanem on all the net profits of the Company in excess of that sum,"
