The France Japanese delegations describe the allegations as forger and malicious fabrications. M. Kammerer, director o the Far Eastern department of the French foreign affic declared that the French Government has bad ne communication whatever with Japan respecting a pro rectorate. Mr. Hanihara declared there was no shado of truth in the documents to far as Japan was co.cerno and therefore they must be forgeries.

VISIT TO THE "CITY OF SILK."
The Prince of Wales, arrived at Rangoon at dayligh on Monday by the "Dufferin from Bombay. The city was richly decorated; the main streets being spanned by ten golden pandals surmounted with many exquisite pagodas. Various communities represented by groups along the route offered a welcome with quaint songs and picturesque symbols. There were immense crowd everywhere, characteristically impassive but mistakably friendly.
