VISIT TO THE "CITY OF SILK."

The Prince of Wales, arrived at Rangoon at dayligh on Monday by the "Dufferin from Bombay. The city was richly decorated; the main streets being spanned by ten golden pandals surmounted with many exquisite pagodas.
