KINEMA NOTES.
THE WORLD THEATRE.
Mr. Lloyd George has sent a letter to Messrs Bowerman and Hendersened as cook. The case was remanded informing them that he can receive the Labour deputation on unemployment to-morrow evening. He denies that he is responsible for any delays in meet- g the Labour representatives as suggested in a letter already cabled. He deeply regrets Labour's repudiation of co-operation, saying that financiers and employers are only too aaxious to co-operate with the representatives o Labour but the latter's council preferred to submit their own ideas without hearing other viewpoints. That was not a helpful attitude in a crisis in- soluble without elective co-operation among all classes, but if the Labour
members adhere to their view the Cabinet will meet them to morrow.

LONDON, October 10.
The Labour representatives have accepted the Premier's invitation to meet him on October 11. They state that they do not refuse to co-operate with the Government but decline to be parties to any course which would involve further delay in dealing with unemployment.
