At traffic time this morning, Magistrate Lindsell heard two sum- monses agairat motor car drivers for reckless driving. Both proved to be bad cases

In the first case the driver of motor car No. 117, owned by Mr. S. Komor. was charged with reckless driving at Happy Valley on the afternoon of September 4, and with unlawfully: using a "chicken" horn, not approV ed by the C. S. P.

In reply to the first charge, 'the defendant said that he was travelling at about 20 miles an hour. With re- gard to the born, he said that he did not know that there was a regulation against it.
