The conference of Mr. De Valera and Mr. Griffith, the Sinn Fein Vice President, and the Southern Unionists opened in the Dublin Mansion House. The Lord Mayor received the members of the conference. Great public interest was manifested, the crowd carrying diminutive American Bags in accordance with the preclamation of De Valera that the American flag should be hoccured on July 4 throughout Ireland. De-Valera had a great popular receptior.
