LONDON, July 1.
Pefore closing the Congress of International Chambers of Commerce passed a resolution in favour of the construction of a Chanel tunnel and the inauguration of an Anglo-Continental railway service, urging the development and improvement of electric communications and recommend ing a return to pre-war conditions as regards passport with reduced fees and abolition of exit visas. It was announced that Japan had decided to join the congress.
