LONDON, June 30th. Manchester- Guardian says that the Imperial Conference on June 29th contined the discussion of the H question of the renewal of the Anglo- Japanese Alliance.

Mr. Meigher rigorously opposed the renewal, and contended that a re- newal would impede the possibilities of an egregment on the limitations of armements, which depended on a comprehensive conference On the Pacific problems.
