In the House of Commons, replying to Mr. N. Grattan Doyle, Mr. Lloyd George stated that hitherto the Government had no reason to take excep Bon to the manner in which the terms of the Anglo-Russian trade agree ment had been carried out. There was no evidence of the continuance of Bolshevist propaganda since the agreement had been signed.

INTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE.

Replying to Lord Robert Cecil, Mr. Cecil Harmsworth stated that the Government was consulting the Government of the Dominions and India with a view to ratification of the convention for the establishment of a permanent court of international justice as soon as possible.
